We have been charged $36.00 for 1 call from this number and we have never accepted a 1902 incoming call

My phone bill is showing this number has made reverse charges to my phone account of $28. Twice, and I'm wondering why? as I have never excepted a reverse call from this number. Therefore I am hoping to be compensated accordingly? Can you please contact me ASAP so this matter can be resolved.
