This charge has appeared on my bill twice, one month apart and so I have barred it from Vodafone..Appalling that the service provider does nt provide more protection to its customers

i got charged by Vodafone $10 per month, and they told me it was charged by this number, said i received message from them. What a joke, why should I pay if they send the message to me.

Scammed $4.99. Vodafone refuse to refund. Said need to contact spontaneous play themselves to get a refund. Absolutely unacceptable we can be charged by a third party and have to pay it.

Absolute scam! Received 2 sms messages a month apart - "Spontaneous Play Games access link etc.
Then I'm billed a Third Party $5 charge on my mobile account by IG8 Pty LTd. I never authorised this - what a rort!

Seems too I subject to this scam. I know nothing of this and yet Optus happily charge me $5.00 per month ongoing. Surely I have to authorise this or at least have some knowledge of it before i get charged for it

I was charged on my OPTUS bill, I have no idea where what how or why this charge has appeared or ever requesting it. Very confused

I got a $5-00 charge on my mob and when I q's my provider they said it is this number who carge if I answer it It cannot recall answered this number and to call this number to cancel this but they asked for some numbers I do not have
