I think they're a dodgy debt collector for Lion Finance - Who are Not a finance company but a debt collecting company. They can't do anything without a privacy statement read out to you or signed by you. Lion Finance have no jurisdiction over you as you haven't entered into a business agreement with them, including signing a privacy form. Don't be bullied by them.

got missed call, when i called back it said it wanst in service, how annoying.

Called received from this number on 2/2/13 - claiming to be insurance company.

Cannot call back - not in service.
