I got a text from this number saying [Test ' NO ACTION REQUIRED]. No idea who it was, found this site while searching for the number.

This number keeps sending me Avon messages. I have text back 3 times asking this person to take me off the list. If it continues i am going to leave this number on the toilet wall for a "good time" and they can put up with the annoying calls.
