I receieved a phone call saying that I owe this person $30 on ecollect. I looked up ecollect and it is a debt collecting agency.

Why would anybody go to a debt collecter in Victory when I am from NSW, to harrass me by text message with no explanation,over $30 dollars???

I need answers, I don't want to call in case it is some kind of spam of fraudulent number.
