Australia Reverse Phone Lookup

Received a call from the same number, "reminded" me about PIN refresh on chip card. I told the caller if any activities is required for me, let me login AMEX Web site or drop a service call to hotline. I did not tell any about my details which is required by their "service offerings".
When I logged in AMEX, I did not find any change about services.
Sounds more like a malicious call.

Caller claimed to be from AMEX, but was very unproffessional and sounded fishy. They talked vaguely about the changes to the pin rules and appeared completely unaware of the status of my card. They didn't ask for any details and I made it clear I wouldn't give them any.

AMEX have confirmed this is a legitimate number, selling Platinum Card (in my case).

Apparently the law requires them to identify you to make sure they are upgrading the right person's card.

I still don't like giving out details to a stranger over the phone who has called me.

Said he was from American Express and wanted to verify my details spendings, address etc - sounded fishy to me so I said I wasn't interested.

Received a call from them, telling me they were from AMEX. Started asking questions about my card to confirm who I was. Told them I didn't know who there were and I wasn't going to talk to them.

they keep calling. it is AMEX from an office in auckland apprently. they said I signed up to something - I Didnt!

Same as above. Keeps ringing. Wont leave message.

Rings once or twice a day, always goes to engaged signal when you pick up.

Nuisance marketing calls. I do not wish to receive these calls.

I don't answer it but they can ring two times a day and at least six times a week. As soon as I see the number I ignore it.

It's not Amex , it's a scammer, don't give them any details

it is american express with a recorded message about there products and the message says they will call again...so i suppose this will just keep happening all throughout the day everyday

I'm getting 3 or 4 calls a day from this number - does anyone know who it is - they don't leave a message and I refuse to answer it now.

American Express telemarketers continue to call and leave missed calls on my work telephone number. These inconsiderate telemarketers don't even have the courtesy of speaking when i lift the receiver, they put me on hold -- after calling me -- and expect me to wait until someone is available to spriuk their service. I am at work -- please leave me alone.

Rings and sends through to hold music, no-one on other end of the line. Calling 2-3 times per day. Has started to leave breathing messages on my voicemail.
