Continuously get call from this number, sometimes several in one day - very annoying!

This number has been continuously calling and hanging up once I answer the call. The asked for my name and hung up.

I have had a call from 0399188401 i wuld like to put a formal complaint about them enough to make them stop their business. This number rang me at 5am this morning 26.09.2013.i only get calls that time of the morning if it is an emergency. I wuld like a formal apology from this company and for this company to stop calling me as i will be going to ombudsman about this number. When u try call the number back its continously engaged. I will also put these detais of what happened and the number all over facebook. I cannot believe the time 5am they called and they called twice
