I had a missed call and message left from this number. It was AAMI insurance in regards to a claim enquiry I have with them. Need to call back on their 13 number

This is the number they call me on regarding an existing claim I have with them.

I screen my calls because very few people ring me.
Having read what's here about this number, I don't think I'll be calling back.

Had missed call from this number.
Tried to call back but says this number not in service try alternate number for this contact?

Have had several calls from this number and when I answer they hang up as soon as I have finished my greeting. No messages are left, when I don't get a chance to answer the call.
