Got a super polite phone call from Jenny who got my details coz I was applying for jobs and she wanted to sell me training.

Missed call, no msg, returned call. Some lady from an agency who found out i was job searching and tried to get me on to some training program. Do not return call if you have a missed call.

I have had numerous calls from this number and when I finally answered, it turned out to be an unsolicited marketing strategy, targeting job seekers to sell training programs for a "diploma". I don't know how they obtained my phone number but it seems they are advertising "jobs", not long after a person applies for this so-called job, they receive a call from this agency. is this even legal?

Unsolicited marketing call in which representative sought to coerce interest in training through defamatory statements and making assertions concerning one's relationship status.
