Same scam. Suspicious because I have malwares scans & Microsoft don't call you. Indian named Adam John but made the mistake of adding the 3 to the start of the phone number. Australians know it is the area code. I said I would call back... He wasn't happy...

I received a phone call from this number. Lina with Indian accent wants to access my computer, she said I have a lot of viruses on my computer. Company called "somthing solutions". Could not get more info from them :( she hang up on me :(((

Same as the other 2 complaints. Said they were from Microsoft and want to get access to my computer. 0390169389 was their call back number. Indian accent and said his name was David Smith.

I too received a call from this number making the same Microsoft claim, unfortunately my teenage daughter took the call giving them access to my computer. They requested credit card details which at this point she became suspicious and got me involved. By this time they managed to put a password on my PC which Im unable to get passed.

I was phoned from this number and told it is from Microsoft. They wanted me to allow them to access my computer on-line so they could fix it. Then they wanted to send a technician at $100 to come and fix my computer. I THINK THEY ARE NOT FROM MICROSOFT AND I THINK THEY WERE TRYING TO SCAM ME.
