Telstra scammers. Inidian lady claiming to be from Telstra saying there was a virus. My dad answered and called me straight away. I googled the number and found this site because the number was a strange connection. Deifnitely a good story with a call back number and a ID number too

I got the some lady calling from testra about some issues on my internet, keep on pushing me with wrong name. asking to jump over the computer to fix. I told her it is nothing to do me but later understood it is SCAM ask for number she game me the same number 0390057615....
what a joke...any way be careful

Asian lady claimed to be from Telstra technical support saying Internet would be turned off. Asked her for her employee ID and gave me this number. Wanted me to go to my computer. Said I was busy and would call back. Phoned Telstra. scam. Don't be fooled!

SCAM
sounded pretty convincing at first but just couldn't trust them. Just a warning to anyone who talks to these people.

John claimed he was from Telstra IT Department,Melbourne but the phone said overseas.
Typical scam that computer was infected.
Gave this number & to ask for John. Funny he didn't know our names & kept asking me for details. He also wanted me to ring on a mobile....maybe to hack it.

Typical scam saying they were from telstra and that my computer was infected. 'Mr' John was very insistent that I turn on my computer and check for a file.

claimed to be working for Telstra technical department gave me this no and claimed it was Telstra helpline no, linked to infosis net sounded like a scam
