I received a call just now from this number who had a very noisy background.
When she repeat my number for confirmation, i replied yes but somehow she didn't hear that so I repeat my respond a bit louder.
Very much to my dismay, she suddenly screamed at me, yelling that I don't need to yell to her in the first place, before she slammed the phone down on me.
I am with customer service with a telecommunication company, and that was the WORSE customer service EVER!
Who ever that call was from, I DEMAND an apology!!
